My good friend gave us all personalized LL Bean totes at her wedding a few weeks ago. I have already used mine for everything from groceries to creating a cozy home for that pile of clothes-that-will-never-actually-get-dry-cleaned.
I might do the TikTok thing and buy five more with funny words on them for my sisters this season. “MAYO” is obviously at the top of the list, followed by “MS FLO,” for obvious reasons.

I am deeply obsessed with all of the claw clips by Coucou Suzette. I love the purple margarita and the mussel. But this photo of a French Bulldog in a wig made me want to recommend the French Bulldog clip over the others. You really can’t go wrong, though.

A few weeks ago at the thrift store (virtue signaling), I found this Abercrombie lounge set, never worn (English major signaling). It’s waffled fabric with this chunky band at the top that is the comfiest thing I have ever lounged in… which is saying A LOT.
Haflinger Slippers
Candice and my husband both have this skill at having the right footwear for everything. They’re the kind of people who have dog walking sneakers, running sneakers, walking sneakers, “ok to get muddy” sneakers, and looking cool while wearing jeans sneakers. In other words, I trust them with footwear and Candice swears by these slippers.

My friend asked me the other day, “what is the face mask you wear in your Wavvy videos?” And I was like Ok, I did not choose the influencer life but it has chosen me….

My pal Molly Yeh released her newest cookbook this fall, Home is Where the Eggs Are. It has amazing twists on farmhouse-inspired comfort food, like casseroles and birthday cakes.

The host of my favorite podcast, Who? Weekly, wrote this book about two Texan grannies with a secret. It’s the perfect mix between thoughtfully-written prose and cliffhanger-at-the-end-of-every-chapter that can get you back into the swing of reading.
